I had Look PX 12's on my anthems and just picked up some FKS 180s for them, is the toe piece the same drill pattern on both of them? So potientially I could just mount the FKS toe piece in place of the PX's then my shop would only have to re-mount the heel. Or would it be better to just have the toe remounted too?
Depends on the state of the holes. if they seem structurally sound then sure use them.. aslong as the screws bite and dont just keep turning in the holes.
Alright I will check it out for sure, then just have the shop mount the heels in the appropiate spots. Maybe they will even cut me a deal for not having to do the toes just the heel pieces
As in my shop I use you idiot, wait I thought you knew everything though???? hahaha chode such a classic high school term. I bet you're a badass aren't you???
Literally biggest dick award on NS goes to you hahahaha when really if we met in real life you're prolly some pussy. I wasn't even trying to argue with anyone just stating the problems I had with those bindings and you got all defensive like I was talking about your fucking mom. lol cracks me up though.
I have px15s and px12s. 12s are the plastic toe. 15s are the metal driver toe. I dont have my skis in front of me but im 99.9% sure they are a different toe pattern.
The PX12, PX14 and the FKS140 feature the same Dual Action III toe piece (the plastic one). The FKS180 features the FKS toe peice, the same as on the PX15 and the PX18. The Dual Action III and FKS toes have different mounting patterns.
I've mounted px12(plastic), px14(plastic), px15(metal), px18(metal), axial 120(plastic), axial 140(plastic), axial 200(metal), Fks 120(plastic), Fks 140 (plastic), Fks 155 (metal), Fks 185(metal), Fks 180(metal), pivot 14(plastic), and pivot 18(metal). ALL HAVE THE SAME TOE PATTERN. Only other pattern I have see is the 3 screw geze toe on some older pivots
