Has anyone else not received their copy of mutiny yet?

So basically I preordered mutiny from the stept website on the 14th of July, it is now 21 business days later and I still do not have my copy. In the email sent with the order confirmation, it says wait 17 business days before contacting the company for a missing package for international shipping (I live in Canada). However it has only been 8 business days since the release of the movie. Is anyone else in the same situation? Should I contact stept or not? If the package takes just as long to arrive when you preorder it, are there any advantages to preordering it as opposed to just waiting for the release?

wait 9 more days, contact them then, preordering is basically just reserving a copy for when its actually released and will most likely sell out of their initial stock

they only sent out the copys when the trailer dropped. and you live in canada so it will take a little longer.

I live in canada too and when I ordered the 86 last year it took about a month after it was released to get here. I just ordered mutiny last week hopefully it comes quicker

Yeah mine took at least that. I preordered it and then the iTunes dropped like a week or two before I got it which sucks

I pirated slamina because my disc broke and they don't sell it anymore. when I got my new computer the torrent was dead. I'm pretty bummed

I'm the east coast of the US, pre-ordered it on the 22nd of July, and still haven't received my copy yet. I'm trying hard to wait patiently but seeing an empty mail box over and over is starting to get to me. In the end it will be worth the wait.

Ordered my copy 8 days ago and got it today. my guess is they ran out of initial stock and had to restock. i did watch it today and its fucking sick

And shipping across the border is always a crapshoot unless you pay big money to have it overnighted.  I had a pair of skis stuck in customs for two months once.

I'm out of the country and my team back home is working on getting lost DVDs out to very patient customers, but if somehow any of you have ordered before today, and do not receive your DVD before the iTunes release, email me at alex@steptproductions.com and we will give you a code to get it off iTunes for free while you wait (hopefully this doesn't even happen but with paypal, shipping system bugs, human error, USPS and customs, it just may be you that winds up with a late DVD and a free iTunes DL) Thanks for supporting Stept everyone! your orders are the sole reason we can continue to film this stuff
