seems stupid wanting to make laws on things that are more of a safety net for people. I guess it's not enough that people want a safe place to learn things. Who knows, maybe someday inverted aerials will be illegal because they can cause injuries?

Exactly. I was so pissed last year when my dad switched insurance agencies because they made us take down are trampoline.

When people get trampolines or go to a gym they know there is some risk, where's personal responsibility for fucks sake.

Now that the u.s. government is tied in with healthcare, now it's their job to make sure no one gets hurt too?

And not pin everything that goes wrong on other people and businesses. In some cases it may have been the facility's error that caused the injury, but in most cases it was most likely user error. Now people with sone common sense have to pay the price for people who lack the responsibily.

if it's tied to health care, then when is football going to be two hand touch only? seems like there are more injuries in football than anything else

nfl, their fans and that industry has more weight/leverage than trampoline companies and gyms.

To answer your question probably when everything else easier for them to outlaw is outlawed first.

This is dumb, they warn you in the waviers that it is dangerous and you are at your own risk. The one that I have been into in Ohio warns you of these things and tells you not to jump headfirst into the foam pit, which is common sense. I have gone about 10 times and never got hurt.
