my little brother is getting his first pair of twin tips.and hes really into the Rossi Scratch Pro's, but what would you guys suggest? hes 5' 2' and weights 120....and suggestions?

yea the proteens are good, but the new 05 model seems to not have the same amount of rise in the tail
