Replying to My iphone is having some issues...

I am writing this from my laptop because I cannot for the life of me log into NS on my phone anymore. I press the login button, enter my information, and no message is displayed. It just doesn't allow me to login, and It even goes as far as saying that my account is currently online when I go to my page. I created an alias to test if whether or not it was just my account, and it turns out I cannot log in on that one either. Now I don't know what the fuck is going on. Can anyone shed some light on my experience?
