How to do the windells intro effect?

So Im just wondering if anyone on here knows what/how the guys who edit the windells video recaps do the lil bit of wiggle sort of motion on all of their Text titles? Im sure one of you intern guys is on NS.

I know I could just create a similar bit of motion in after effects using position/keyframes but it just seems like it is so uniform from one to the next that they must use some sort of premade effect although I could be wrong.

They do it for the very intro titles like in this vid at :41

They also do it for the names of the skiiers like at :18

There is a plugin in after effects you can download called twitch and it does just that. Twitches layers. It is extremely versatile. Technically it costs money, but everyone just downloads it for free. Hope this helped.
