Opteka SteadyVid and Opteka X-Grip

First off: I'm not sure if this is the right forum, sorry if it isn't. So I'm just wondering if these are worth it for making small smooth decent edits with my t3i. All reviews of anything is appreciated.

X-grip is pretty useless, had one when I first started. It doesn't help with stabilization, only good for low angle shots.

Steadyvid will be good if that's the kind of stabilizer you want. Most people, for skiing, tend to go for a glidecam/flycam but to each their own.

Thanks +k^ also if anyone has one or similar accessory glide cam, flycam, anything similar.

I've had my flycam since last fall and love it. Zero issues with it so far. Not the best buid quality but if you take care of it it's good. Balancing at fist is a pain but once you get it down its pretty easy, plus with a qr you dont even need to rebalance.
If you can find a glidecam on ebay or somewhere for only a little more though that'd probably be a better option
