-there is this video camera i want for christmas, but it is for VHS and i have been hearing a lot lately that soon there will no longer be VHS just dvd so, what are some good dvd cameras?-

get something with a USB 2.0 or Firewire (IEE 1984) port, so you can edit on your computer and then burn it to DVD
