Hey guys, I was wondering If anyone here has done it and If its worth it. I'm only 15 so I can't apply to any other job on the mountain. Does it cut in majorly to your ski time, how often do you work, and do you work no matter what the conditions (for example on a pow day)

I worked for Brighton and it outright sucked. They treat u with little to no respect, and they make sure ur aware that u can easily be replaced. It also takes a good amount of time out of ur day. If u really want/need a job, work at a grocery store. I was able to get a job at a grocery store that let me work the weekends at night, allowing me to ski all day.

Its absolute shit. I dealt with that for 2 years (started when i was 14). When I first started they said we would work a year for free and get paid our second year, when we signed on to our second year they told us we wouldn't get paid. Now i think u have to work 3 yrs. free before u can get paid and IMO thats not worth it. Wait till u r of age so u can get an actual job in the valley, I'm pulling in a grand a month during the ski season now while in high school.
