And I have a shitty digital point-and-shoot... wtf is wrong with them? Now I have to sue them for $50k. Sucks it came to this but that's what you get when you fuck over ol' skiierman, or should I say, lawsuitman.

On a serious note, here is some advice: Be as polite as possible. Since Oakley is a pretty big company they will put up a good fight if you come knocking for one. By approaching them in a friendly way, you are much more likely to get the credit and cash you deserve.

Google reverse image shows no evidence that it ISN'T your photo, as, with the time signatures given (some didn't have one), it was first used by another party

I noticed that there is an Oakley logo on the flag.

Inb4 OP tries to sue, and Oakley's corporate legal staff counters his shitty little lawsuit with copy right infringement charges for distributing their logo with out their consent. OP loses everything.

Don't count your money before you have it. Ip law is very complex, and is not black and white. In the end it's up to the judge if it gets that far.
I am willing to bet they don't even respond to your email. You need to hire a lawyer to write them a demand letter, and try to extorte them for as much as possible. With the hopes they settle without going to court.
