Seen this all over FB, thinking about pre-ordering one. I wonder what it would be like for finding gear in the BC. Has a range of 50-150 ft, so who knows, maybe submarined skis will be no more with this.

Sort of sucks that they only last a year and that you need to re-order every year though.

isnt such stuff around kinda a long time? havent checked it but i thought i heard it a while back. obviously not with a smartphone app.

the problem is that you would probably need a dozen of them to never be searching something. and 18/year is not a whole lot, but also not cheap. especially, as i said, that you wont just use one.

but i would definitely get one for our remote. idk how often i had to look for it.
