I just thought I would give BloomOuterwear a shoutout for their unparalleled customer service. Personally, every thread/ email I have asked about bloom outerwear has been responded to within the hour. Not to mention that they make fucking amazing outerwear. And in my mind are one of the best growing ski brands.

When i ordered my pants last year, Jim hand wrote a letter thanking me for my business with bloom and included a discount card, they have great customer service and definatley pay attention to the customers

Just got a hand written letter from Jim along with some stickers. He even said what's up to my dog Johnny at the end of the letter. Jim is a homie! Super awesome company with great customer support

I honestly cant say enough good things about Bloom, quality stuff and although we only exchanged a few emails Jim seems like an awesome guy who is more than willing to help you get the exact fit you want and just completely stoked for anyone who shares the same passion for skiing.

Didn't get a letter or stickers with my order, but whoever was running their account definitely went out of their way to make sure I was getting the right fit. Plus their product is quality

How flattering. Thanks for all your kind words guys. I appreciate it. I have always cared a lot about skiing and whenever I have found fellow skiers, we've always been able to make a good connection.

bloom is awesome. im from boulder, where theyre based, and whenever i order somthing from them, jim handwrites me a letter about how he loves hometown support and gives me discounts.

Jim and I had a nice little talk about business and what not on FB the other day. I think because of that I'm gonna pick up a coat from Bloom instead of my other choices.

Jim has always been top notch service and being an all around good guy.

I must ask! Im getting 12/13 onward jacket but can't decide between M and L. Im 5'7 and 130 lbs (if it makes any difference). I want loose and a little longer fit but not huge or stupid short either. I had armada long fit M and liked the fit but doesn't have to be that long. Which one?
