Replying to Best Foot Beds

I've been around long enough to hear the "go to a boot fitter rants" closest one that is worth a damn is 8+ hours.... So I have 2011 Full Tilt Booters and they need some updating this year. New heel replacements, (Full tilt power strap OR booster strap, what's your opinion), (I need much stiffer tongues, the #4 flex just doesn't cut it so I don't know if #10 is way to much or if I should just go with the easy to find #7 flex on their website or if #8 is worth looking for, you opinions?, I am 250lbs and fairly aggressive in the park), and the major thing I need are some foot boards. Now I don't have a price limit but also don't need to spend $300 for custom ones, I'm looking for some good cut to fit or just supportive foot beds that I can place in my boot because my feet get tired from the flat liner surface. If you have any suggestions please let me know or direct me to another thread.
