Yes Lamborghini have never made a 4 seat production model but did produce a 4 door 4 seated sedan car in 2008 The Estoque but it was only a concept. They haven't entirely ruled out making into a production car as a branch out from the high performance super cars but I will forgive for thinking they're all 2 seaters as technically they are.
