So I drive a 2003 vw jetta 2.0 5 speed manual. Currently have about 120,000 miles on it and she is running strong. Only problem is that she failed inspection today because the catalytic converter isn't "efficient" enough, is what the guy told me.
My question to yall is, how much does this typically cost to repair? Im a pretty big car noob abuot fixing engine stuff so I have no idea.
Also, another serious question.
How hard would it be to locate a place that I could pya off to pass inspection? If anyone knows a good place please PM me would highly appreciate it.
