How are these legal to people underage? Some friends went to one a couple nights ago and there way underage. Are these places legal or completely illegal? K++

they're legal but most of them are owned by hajis who couldn't possibly care less about the law. I've been drinking and smoking in hookah bars in NYC since I was like 15 and never once have I been asked for ID.

that stuff is everywhere in gay-town toronto. i dont see what the appeal is. and its difficult to not inhale it
