You can make all the jokes you want, but I would probably say America only because our size and diversity. Which means we produce a lot of 50/50 race woman.

Lithuania. Seriously I've been to 15+ countries and even Paris, Praha, Warsaw or Helsinki don't even come close to the ridiculous amount of 8+ girls I've seen in the city of Kaunas. The architecture sucks and overall the country doesn't have much to offer but if you're looking for hot chicks, you won't be disappointed.

It would be the Slavic nations. The most beautiful faces from a global perspective are those which have the most average features. On average, the women from south Eastern European nations tend to have the most average characteristics, however, different cultures also put weight on certain features. Americans also seem to like larger eyes and thin faces. Mediterraneans like small noses, Scandinavians actually like the rounder more heart shaped faces... So it varies a ton, but the global average is Slavic.
