I was at MHSSC 2 weeks ago and had to hike to go lodge>lift ,then, if we lapped down the public park we had to go a few hundred feet on pavement in ski boots and pretty much had to do that after every run. Pretty much sucked, but there was no tow rope so it just had to be. I ended up hiking jumps in public it was trash, they were perfect though so that made it all worth it.
Hey if this old lady could do it, with SKU boots on, anyone can ha! As long as you're at Windells you can just lap the park all day anyway, unless a lots changed since session 5.
Not sure where you get your information.. Still rope tow hot laps on the big jump all day. And to the people saying there isn't any snow, I didn't know you were all out here. No, there isn't any snow at the base of the mountain, yes you can lap the Windells lane via rope tow AND Palmer still, yes you have to walk over some dirt back to the parking lot but it takes about 4 minutes soooo yeah, it's not bad. The lane is poppin off and might be the best its been all summer. Thanks for everyone's input!
