for around 100-140 or so, this is my suggestion: Ravelli AVTP 75mm pro video tripod.
I bought mine for like 100 bucks by searching around, and it's solid as shit. The legs alone are worth the price. The head is kinda 'meh' but it's still very useable. You can't pan really quickly even with the screw straight up taken off, and if you try it, you might just take it off it's legs all together. Tilting isn't the smoothest, but it's still useable. it's not the most accurate, and you'll get a little bit of snap, but it works fine.
If you do want to replace the head, you'll have to get a ball leveler which is like 50$. Not too bad, if you have a killer head to throw on the legs.
If you want to go a little cheaper, there's a 67mm version with legs that are still pretty tough, but the whole thing isn't quite as burly as the 75, and it doesn't support quite as much weight if I'm not mistaken. It has the same exact head, too.
Also, there is a QR adapter that Giottos makes which uses the same exact plate, or one that's very similar. I have 2 of these which I use on my shoulder rig and my stabilizer, and it makes it so much easier to put the camera on different apparatuses. They cost me like 30 each, which is way less than the manfrotto plates cost.
