New Wedding Video Trailer

Hey guys, just put this up online tonight. tried slightly new approach to this wedding. gave me some good ideas for ways to do things for the next one. an awesome couple and the wedding was a blast. pretty happy with the highlight reel. check it out and let me know what you think.

nice trailer, loved the song choice but really thought you could have made some faster cuts once the tempo picked up. Either way, I liked the shots and thought the color worked nicely

Not 100% sure if you did the filming as well, I feel a few shots could have benefited from some sort of steadicam. But good edit overall, Vibe was good, I prefer more audio of the wedding in wedding edits but I have no idea what you had to work with. Overall good!

thanks for the feedback guys. i know what you mean with the pacing, ill definitely keep that in mind for the next one.

for the audio, i actually was pretty well equipped for once. i had two lavs, one on bride and groom, and then a direct feed from the pastor. as soon as i exported it and posted it i completely agree with your comment about including more audio. the beginning audio was straight off the lavs and the toast was from the direct feed. but i think in the next one, ill include a better snipet of like the vows and stuff like that. but i agree with you on that, could definitely use some more nat sound type stuff.

ill definitely keep that in mind for the next one

when looking down the isle, I know you put that effect on it but imo I just didn't like it.

Awesome job on the rest of it though

Some of the shots looked like they could have been steadier (60% ish were good and steady!) but overall I liked it!

Gotta love a classy redneck wedding, plus she's a babe!

i think i know what one your talking about and it was super shaky cuz i was bein an idiot when i filmed it and doin it handheld and so i tried to slow it and smooth it a little to clean it up so that was as best as i could get unfortunately, but i still wanted to include the isle lol.

and thanks for the other feedback! i agree tho some of the shots got away from me a bit. im really going to focus on that next time
