If I were you, I'd go for something around 100 underfoot. Most companies make at least one ski that fits you bill - bidirectional, freestyle inspired all mountain ski, ~100. However each ski is different and will suit different styles, requirements and budgets differently. Here are a few different skis you might want to take a look at, because it's worth doing some reading and speaking to the manufacturers as each has it's own characteristics.
Rossignol Scimitar Open
Rossignol Scimitar
Line Blend
ON3P Jeronimo
Moment PB&J
K2 Kung Fujas
K2 Shredittor 102 (come out for the 2013/2014 season and replaces the Kung Fujas)
Volkl Bridge
Dynastar 6th Sense Silencer
Line Chronic
Surface One Time
RMU Diam
Faction Prodigy
Praxis Piste Jib
4FRNT Cody
You could go wider for improved all mountain capabilities but considering you 70/30 balance I reckon that would be overkill.
Hope this helps, and sorry if there are any miss spellings or sentences that don't make sense, I'm on mobile.
