Ok so when I attempt double lincolns i finish the first flip with like 5 feet of air left (note I can lincoln with 1 foot of air) and with that 5 feet of air i start the second rotation but I land on my side! Any tips?
I would suggest getting the first flip around sooner. Most people who can do double flips comfortably on trampolines generally finish the first flip before the peak of their air. Starting the second rotation as you're falling down out of the air is going to make it much more difficult to get it around in time and spot the landing.
Sorry for the thread jack but any suggestions for doing off a 30 ft bridge. Every time I try I always open up after my first flip and just spin slowly and flop
just stay tucked and pull through it. whenever i dub lincoln the second flip seems to come around a lot faster than the first. Commit to the second flip, stay tucked and you'll spot the landing. lincolns are one of the easiest dubs overall because you can get them around so fast.
