If they are the newer ones yes there are a few differences. The first is the shells themselves. The last is te and but the toe box is diiferent on the twall. Most importantly though the twall now has replaceable heel and toes. This means that when the soles wear down you can just replace the soles rather then having to replace the whole boot. The final difference is the liner the real comes with the pro instead o the standard. This to will change the fit slightly. The twall does come with a differnt tounge too but obviously you can swap those. Overall the twall is a much better option but and this is most inportant go make sure thy really fit you with a good boot fitter. Always remember to try them on with a footbed too as full tilt don't put one in as stock so the fit totally change once you add the foot bed.

Inside the boot, the TWall features a better stock liner than the Drop Kick, and the TWalls have J bars which the DKs also lack.
