I'm lookin to get some new skis for this upcoming season.I wanna get a nice
Riding power ski but I also want to shred the park I'm tight on money anyone
got any ideas??
There's so much choice on the Market right now for what you want, you couldn't go wrong with any of these skis:
Rossignol Scimitar Open
Rossignol Scimitar
Line Blend
ON3P Jeronimo
Moment PB&J
K2 Kung Fujas
K2 Shredittor 102 (come out for the 2013/2014 season and replaces the Kung Fujas)
Volkl Bridge
Dynastar 6th Sense Silencer
Line Chronic
Surface One Time
RMU Diam
Faction Prodigy
Praxis Piste Jib
That being said, each skis has different characteristics different, so it's worth reading around and getting an idea of which ski(s) will suit you needs, style and budget better.
That's the thing about skis, it's all very much personal preference. So to definitively recommend a single ski for one person of a few lines of text is on the Internet. But threads like these are useful as they give OP a number of different skis which they've enjoyed/would recommend and then (s)he can then go and do some research and decide exactly which ski is right for them.
I can recommend the K2 Kung Fujas (now the shredditor). I had a pair for two seasons and rode on them quite a bit. They performed great in everything and I never found anything about their performance that I could really complain about.
