The series finale was tonight, Dexter is the shit and i'll definitely miss the show. Good luck trying to guess how it ends if you haven't seen it!

he pulled a jack bauer which leaves the option for a possible movie, i kinda thought he overreacted about the whole deb thing it was a combination of shitty luck and stupid ass lem from the hihield letting vogel go

Here's some the spoiler if you haven't seen it, the more i think about it the more i'm bummed it's over, but they definitely ended it just about perfect in my opinion.

Trinity killer was such a fantastic season. I decided to stop watching after hearing how bad season 5+ was, got out of the water before the shark jumped

yes I do. I bought it because: Homeland, Nurse Jackie, Shameless, Weeds, Dexter, Californication.

Then I watched every single episode of all of those, so I am really only keeping it for Dexter and Homeland. Now Dexter is over, so I will stick around for homeland, then bail on it.

See I don't understand this. I completely run out of things to watch on tv, so I would never stop watching a series just because it wasn't quite a good as it started. Anything is better than surfing and ending up watching some variation of storage wars.

There were so many holes and useless plot lines that either never got fulfilled or just served absolutely no purpose.

The Rita ending was great

Really? The symbolism is great. Dexter finally buries somebody in white. He realizes he is responsible for Rita and Deb's deaths. He can't stop killing, so he must leave Harrison to protect him. That's way valiant.

Symbolism not withstanding the rest was awful. The way he just walks out of the hospital with a dead body and no one stopped him? Hannah is wanted but never changes her looks and no one recognizes her? That whole scene with the pen that happened exactly the way he wanted it to? Hannah just happens to carry around tranquilizers? She sheds one tear when she hears Dexter is dead and then just says lets go get ice cream? All awful. I could go on but I really don't have that much time

It's a TV show about a serial killer. If 100% accuracy is what you want, stick to true stories. I can call out holes in any series.

I don't want 100% accuracy. I want basic competency from the writers. You can find holes in any series but this was a show that was so good before the show runner quit and ended up being absolutely filled with plot holes

That all makes sense to me honestly, the ending wasn't going to be perfect for everybody, it's always like that with series finales.


But in florida when hurricanes are about to strike, everywhere is chaotic as fuck and i could see someone getting away with the hospital deal, because usually they're trying evacuate hospitals and everything is super hectic.

The pen scene was honestly a great idea, because like the whole time i was like how the fuck is dex going to kill this mother fucker with out getting cause. Then he went into the station and the room and i was like shit dex is just going to kill this fucker and take the fall in front of everyone on camera. But no the pen idea was perfect and obviously it's tv show so the writer and can do whatever he wanted.

Hannah caring around a tranquilizer made perfect sense to me, she could just poison and kill the guy, and i thought for sure before they got on the bus when dex handed her the backpack that he would also be giving her something like the tranquilizer just to be safe.


And what else is she suppose to do when she hears about dexters death, i'm sure in a way she saw it coming. And it's like well fuck let's get this serial killers kid some fucking ice cream, bangbang
