I am having troubles doing grabs while pulling 3's,5's,7's and etc They have always been hard for me. I can pull tons of sick grabs doing late 180s of large jumps. These jumps are 45 feet on average. The rotation is something i am working on still but i need a grab to keep me under control. Iron cross, safety, japan, or something like that. Please tell me what I should do to pull this grab its really hard for me to figure out. I'm not very flexible so that might be the problem.
