go to a bootfitter. if they fit you, they are great boots. however, if you are just getting them because they look cool, there is a very good chance that they will be horrible for your foot shape and you will hate them
boot fitter told me go full tilt because they are not super stiff around the ankle and full tilts are just an awesome boot....cant go wronf wit full tits and they have dope colors
Unless they were your size and you had your footbeds in them this tells you very little. But a boot when new should not really be comfy. They will pack out about a size so if they are comfy when brand new they will be sloppy and too big when packed out. I can usually keep new boots on about 20 mins in a shop before my feet are numb. This is before they are fitted of course but gives you an idea how tight a boot should feel out of the box
You still need to go get fitted, do you get them shell checked? That's the only real way if knowing if they fit. Also how do you know they are actually your size? Just because they are the same midi as other boots you have worn does not mean they are actually the right size for you
