Are there any sayings that annoy you or no?

This lady that sits in the cubicle in front of me says "or no" non stop. Every fucking yes/no question ends with "or no". What is the point of this? If you are asking a yes or no question, why the fuck are you adding "or no" to the end of it? I think from here on out whenever I have to ask her a question I am going to add "or yes" to the end of it.

What sayings or repetitive words piss you off?

words coming out of other peoples mouths in most configurations annoy me.

Theres not to many that get me but any really gramatically incorrect ex. "I seen," "whole 'nother," or when people use a particular saying often and take it out of context just for the sake of using it. . .

That "or no" is part of nobody taking ownership of their words. Ex. It's like 10. Even if person knew it was 10 they still add in "like" or say "or no" because lack of confidence in themselves.

Yeah, it's definitely some pent up self loathing rather than the annoying middle aged suburban soccer mom masticating some wrigley's spearmint gum saying in a ditzy blonde voice "or no" once every three minutes. Have you considered a career path in the field of psychology? I heard psych degrees are in high demand. Plz almighty 3termzobama2016, walk in the foot steps of Sigmund Freud.
