Both of them are playing in Squaw next weekend, different nights, only have enough loot to throw down for one night. Moby is a legend and Gramatik is pretty sick. Has anyone seen either in concert? Help a brother out with some input...

Gramatik played at my school and I didn't get the chance to go. I was bummed afterwards because I heard it was bitchin. I'd say Gramatik

Gramatik's set at Paradiso was fucking killer...loved how they were mixing in guitar with the live mixing.

Gramatik came to my school. I didn't get to see him (hippy flip all night the night before, worth it) but my friends who did go said it was kinda mediocre. "The music was good, but the show was kinda boring as a whole".
As you said, Moby is a legend. He's refined his art and is sure to deliver a good show.

How is this a question? Gramatik for sure! Saw him before and it was wild! In a ski town the scene is going to be rowdy and a fucking blast!!! Eat some drugs and dance your face off!!

You must have some boring-ass friends. Saw him at Urban in SLC (small venue) and everyone was dancing there ass off. One of the most fun shows 've been to.

Agree 100% with is. Saw Gramatik last year in burlington and it was a sup par show at best. Gramtik will be around for a while but who knows how much longer Moby will be doing shows.

They said, people were dancing but Gramatik was just played his music. The music was the entertainment and sounded like it came right off the album.

Huh, crazy.
He came a month after Digital Freedom came out, and I specifically remember how stoked I was that he didn't just play the album. I guess it just depends on the show. I would love to see him play with Griz and Big G.

never really listned to gramatik, so I was going to say moby. But after listening to some gramatik I think it would be pretty fucking cool to see live. The vibe seems like it would be amazing.

Gramatik for sure. Moby is good and all but honestly he only has a few good songs and it wouldnt be worth it to go see him live.

After show report! Gramatik was amazing! My lady and I danced our faces off , excellent all around. Moby is a digital alien! The highest energy show ive ever seen! He was then puppet master for sure and his live music shows why he's been around for so long. All in all it was great! Not to mention being completely surrounded by the healthiest highest quality beautiful women you can find. Hope some of you made it

Both of them are good, I've found that Gramatik has been going through a shitty dubstep phase whereas moby will probably just play all of his nostalgic old stuff. Go see moby.

Gramatik would be sick for sure, but I think Moby is just across the board, one of the best musicians performing today and although I have never seen either live I feel like witnessing someone like Moby in their element would be pretty cool. That being said, both are going to be quality I'm sure.

Gramatik was pretty sick live at Global dance on sunday. Except he played after Griz and then played as grizmatik and that kinda got repetitive. But he is definitely sick live.

Too much shitting on Moby. It makes me sad. Respect the roots, mothafuckas! Moby is an originator!

gramatik was pretty sweet, but it was all the same as was on the album. plus, his guitarist isn't all that interesting. granted, it's pretty difficult to really change/jam on your albums so I'll say that they did play really well for what they put out.
but for rills, the opener was this band called caravan palace and they put on a SICK show. super energetic and entertaining in terms of both music, dancing, performing, all that ish. if they hadn't opened, gramatik would probably have been way more impressive to me, but they blew that shit up. highly recommend seeing them if you get the chance. Kinda remind me of beats antique, but not as weird haha..check em out if you get the chance

both Gramatik and Moby fucking killed it, but it was pretty rad having a live guitarist onstage for Gramatik though
