Too many static shots, found it really boring. Fast cuts that show the general idea of the shot are better than lengthy static shots of boring action (see shot with guy in green hoodie), especially for a show reel.
It's very long. A lot if the shots could easily be cut. The start for example with the guy getting out of the car, you could cut that down a lot show it in maybe 5 secs. You have to remember your trying to sell yourself. The people watching it will be viewing a lot of reels so you need to show just your best work. I would really cut a lit of that out. Also generally if you have no professional, ie studio work, keep it under 2 mins, if you have pro work, big films ect you can take it to 3 min. Yours at 4 mins is about twice as long as it should be. Most employers would not bother to watch it all so they miss some of your best work.
