Speeding at Work....

Hey Y'all,

Driving the WRX and well my coworker was going slow maybe 15 out of the parking lot at 930pm. It was dark and the golf course is a two lane road. I passed him on the left and now over a week later I found out they are pissed that someone complained about the blue WRX. So my question is should I just go up to my boss tomorrow and be like hey, eric, Im sorry for that. It was wednesday last week. I apologize I had to get home to my sister and younger cousin who were home alone since my parents rushed my gmom to the hospital. I apologize. It won't happen again.

Or do I wait for him to stay something directly to me about it?

Chances are you boss thinks the complaint is fucking stupid too. No chance they'll fire you or anything over it, so yeah, just tell him. He probably knows who drives the blue subie anyway, so if you just come forward, it will go away faster. Not to mention it saves face for you, your boss, and the company.

The way I see it, it sounds like it happened after work as you were leaving. If you aren't on the clock, they shouldn't be able to do shit about it besides maybe telling you not to do it. You are on a public road on your own time at that point.

I work for a Parks and Rec department, so we get old police cruisers. I drive a 1999 Ford Crown Vic with a V8 SOHC (i think thats what its called) and I haul ass wherever I go with it, even with younger coworkers in the car. I know my bosses haul ass in them too so they can't really yell at me haha

If you tap the pedal quick, you'll spin. Fucking powerful. I accidentally do burnouts all the time pulling out on gravel. I don't have any figures for you, sorry.

Supposedly they're easy as hell to out run on bikes, but I wouldn't recommend running from one in a car that's still stock.

my guide for running from cops:
on bike - yes
from crown vic - if on bike or souped up car
from charger - hell no
from caprice - definitely not
