Vimeo embedded videos not working on mobile

I don't know if this is happening for anybody else but when I browse the video section on my phone. (Android) Videos that are embedded from vimeo will not play.
They play perfectly fine if I'm in a thread but if I'm in the video section I hit the play button and it seems to load but never plays. The sound plays, but no video.
I don't know if this is just my phone or if there's something wrong with vimeo..but I'd thought I would let you guys know.

ive had this problem too. I also have an android, and youtube and ns videos usually work, but almost never vimeo. But i can watch vimeo vids on vimeo's site on my phone

Strange -- can you give me your phone & browser information? Also any specific video examples that we can help use to duplicate the error?

i have a samsung galaxy s3 and i use the latest google chrome, and the issue applies to both 4g and wifi. Ill try finding some of the vids that didnt work, but i wouldn't be too concerned. If i really want to watch a imeo edit ill just watch it on my pc.

No bugs are better than tiny bugs! I'm running the same specs so it would be g great if we can track down one of the videos

I have the htc one and the latest version of chrome as well.

Any videos like that^ will not play. I'll hit the play icon, the wheel thing will spin, then the play button will show up again and sound from the video will start playing.

Gotcha. I'm getting the same problem! I'll look into it today w/ Paul and see if we can pinpoint what's going on.

Interim solution is watching the video on vimeo, but that's far from ideal. Let me see what I can do -- I'll keep you guys updated.
