I've heard speculation that this would happen eventually, but apparently almost 1/3 of Mexican adults are obese and they now officially own that very large championship belt. Maybe obesity is going to provide a fix for overpopulation one day.

Recently went to a Six Flags water park and my bf pointed out the obnoxious amount of obese people (kids too) was astounding. 85% were nasty fat. The fact that us 2 being in shape was the minority blew our minds. So gross.

Yup. Like either have to admit I judge pretty hard when I do that, like I look for people who have little or no stomach and for people who I wouldn't mind looking like but nonetheless... I'd say in any given situation at least 50 percent are what I would consider to be fat, and another 45 percent still could benefit from losing 20 lbs. it's awful.

They're just the most simple solution to overpopulation. They'll be dead at the age of 50-60 and all us skinny folk will mock them into the ground and then take over the free world.

First off, that data is from 2008. So in 5 years it may have changed a lot.

This. I lifeguard at a water park, and I have to stand in front of tubes before I let them go. So many ridiculously fat people get in and just run in to me. I've been pushed over and fallen down the slide once. There is just SO many fatties now.

Definitely in Mexico, I mean most of the Mexicans here in new mexico are 5'6, 90 pounds. Granted a lot of the Mexican immigrants here came to the U.S to work manual labor. I imagine where office jobs are widely available for them that a large number Mexicans sitting behind a desk drinking 8 cokes a day would contribute to a pretty obese nation.
