Without getting Final Cut studio, because I dont have $1000 to blow on software at the moment. Also were not talking torrents here either.

Unless your buddy has the install file, you pretty much have to torrent it.

I'd suggest getting adobe cs6 or cc if I were you. You can download a free trial and if you like it, you could pay $20 a month for the whole suite or if you're even remotely computer savy you could crack it.

I tried, but sooner or later you will either give up, pay for it, or torrent it. And make sure your OS supports FCP 7, cause some of the more recent one's don't, correct me if I'm wrong.
