This first one is Lockett Pundt's band. He's from Deerhunter if anybody is into them. Check them out too.

This is Phantom Tails, they have crazy stuff and are from Minneapolis I think. Kinda weird music. They only have like 10 songs and their better ones are on soundcloud.
