what is the difference?

I want to get some look bindings for my brand new Ar5's. I found this sweet deal at this site:http://www.retxspts.co.uk/OneBelowZero/

I am wondering what year the jib bindings on the far right are, it says 2003 but is that 2002-2003 or 2003-2004? Also are there any difference in quality between the 2003 model and the new 2004-2005 model. Are there any advances or improvements that are really key to the performance in the binding? Any info on these would be great, they look like a real steal!

I'm pretty sure the only thing that changes year to year is color and lifter/no lifter.

yea that look like a nice deal, I have no idea what the exchange between british pounds and US or CAD dollars is though... The difference between this year p12 jib, last years p12 jib, the year before's p12 jib and who know's how long is the paint... why fix it if it ain't broke?
