Maybe try taking apart the goggles, like get the strap and lens off. Then wash them in a luke warm ice cream pale of water with dishsoap. Just mix the water and soap up good though, then gently compress the foam and let it expand to work the water through the foam. Then take it and rinse it with more luke warm water. Then squeeze as much water out of the foam as you can and let it dry in front of a fan. That all should be safe practice, and shouldn't harm the goggle. Hope that helps!

If you don't have any mechanical parts like the turbo fan, you can immerse your goggles in water, with mild soap.

If you have a mechanical part like the turbo fan, then get a soaking wet wash cloth with some mild soap and saturate the foam as much as possible, dry thoroughly and see how that works for you.

*remove lense deffinetely! ant fog layer will dissapear if you dont. remove strap if you dont want washed

air dry or put on strap and put goggles over toilet paper roll or paper towel roll.
