Boots

Hey guys !! I need a little advice !!

I think that my boots are too old, (they have around 300 ski days), and it is time to buy new ones haha.

The thing is: I have the salomon spk pro 2010, and I want to buy the salomon spk 100 (2013), is there any difference between them if i get the same size (26,5) ? I mean difference in: forefoot width, sole width, sole length, etc. ???
(there is no shops where i can compare them or try the spk 100 here in Chile, and i don't know anyone who have these boots).

I'm asking this because i don't want to remount all my skis, and i hope that the shell of the boot is the same...and I'm thinking to buy it online, since any ski gear in Chile is stupidly expensive...

shell should be the same last.
you do know you're going into a substantially softer boot right?

I can attest to the difference in stiffness. I have the same SPKs you are retiring and tried the new ones you're looking to buy and the difference is overwhelming. I would find any way you can to try them on because as a singular boot for everything, they were too soft for me.

Other then the fact the spk 100 is 10% softer then the old pro there is no differnece. I went from the 09/10 pro to the 11/12 pro to the 12/13 100 and there really is no differnce. The newest 100's have the new buckles which are more low profile so they catch less. So yeah you will be fine just getting the new version to replace your old pros.
