i kinda agree with both of you, like i mean some of the stuff was pretty cool, and i'm not saying you shouldn't be allowed to do tricks on your longboard but i think sometimes people would just be happier on a skateboard

this whats the point of trying all this stupid stuff on a longboard. you could do way more tricks with a regular skateboard and it would be a lot easier too

Yeah, that is what i don't get. It is just more difficult to do shit on a longboard. It makes more sense to me to use a longboard for cruising around, but then using a skateboard to actually do tricks. Why have a hard time jumping 4 stair when you can ollie a 10 stair on a skateboard and get all the chicks? Then go hill bombing on your longboard later (though I love to hill bomb on a regular board - speed wobbles ftw). Its like using racing skis in the park. It works, but it sure as hell isn't as practical.

Either way, that was pretty good.

i love how mixed the reactions are to this. did it ever occur to you guys that we DO skateboard? its just fun to try new things on any deck. my homie in the vid is close to stomping a kickflip on his longboard. will post when he gets it.

No. Those old school kick flips or whatever they're called are easy as shit. Same with hippy jumps spins and boneless footplant type stuff. The only hard stuff was the shuv it's

That's sweet man, i've been trying to do the same thing for a few years now. Longboarding and skateboarding alike are great and they both have their respective qualities just like skiing and snowboarding. Why do you think that so many people including myself love to snowboard? Because it takes a different skill set and it provides a different feeling all together.

Lay the fuck off this kid, what he's doing is great and you wish you had enough coordination to do what he does.
