i've skied the Volkl One and I liked it a lot. honestly, if you're looking for something you can compete with, I would look to something like the Volkl Mantra or Katana if you need wider. i only say this because the Mantra and Katana are a lot stiffer torsionally and will give you better edge hold if/when you get into "billy goat" sections

I haven't ridden either of them.
I have skied on 4frnt Turbos for the last few seasons, and I really want a pair of Devastators. From what i've heard, it's basically a Turbo with the Hoji rocker profile. I really want that ski.
I ski the 189 at Kicking Horse, except on deep days when I ski Renegades or EHPs. I'm looking into the 194 Devastator.

ive looked into that aswell, that being the mantra or katana but yes I need something a bit fatter and also multidirectional. I am a very tricky skier I like to spin and flip and land switch on my cliffs which Im going to have a volkl two to do all that kind of stuff on but thats mostly for backcountry, I still want to do that with my every day all around ski

I would suggest the devastator. Skiing at alta I have skied with many pros sponsored by 4frnt and even watched sterbenz ski. My friends all love the Wiley's and crjs. Saw thayne rich on the devastators and he was ripping with ease. 4frnt skis are durable and this ski looks great for big mountain and all mountain riding.

the Devastator is my favorite ski from 4frnt ever. I competed in IFSA stuff for years on the turbo, and must say that it is definitely an improvement on that. cant really go wrong with that ski on any front. its a new and improved turbo, the perfect everyday ski.

the devistator is going to be a better all around ski. the turbo is my favorite ski, and i have used it in ifsa comps. The devistator is just a rockered version, which will do everything the turbo did, but even better. also, 4frnt skis are absolutely bullet proof, so you wont have to worry as much about breaking them.

I've been lusting over the Devastator since they first showed pics of it at SIA, but I couldn't seem to justify owning both those ant Turbos.
Then about a week later I hammered a rock. Hard. Hard enough to make my hip hurt. I figured that I had just killed my Turbos, and I could now order Devastators without feeling guilty. When I got to the lift I took a look to see if I'd blown an edge, sidewall, or just had a hudge core shot. Turns out that rock didn't even make it through the base graphic. Edge and sidewall are fine, and the repair didn't even need a base patch. Just a little epoxy and some ptex and they were good to go.
Tough skis.
