Mt. Hood Ski Demos?

I am going to timberline later this month and would save some money by using there demo skis opposed to shipping mine there. I've never had to do this so these might be stupid questions but are their demos good and if I travel with my boots can I still get there skis?

They use demo bindings which are a lot more dangerous compared to normal bindings.

Timberline does have a demo shop, I am unsure if they demo in the summer or not.
