srsly? except completely opposite....
bio 3 would be...picture diving out with one arm like a superman front...as your lead shoulder gets horizontal and your feet come up you start to roll into a barrel-like rotation. coming out of it at 3 is the most difficult part...it would be very front-flippy from 270 on and you would come out of it like a Lincoln..
simulate it this way(left-side spinners)....kneel on the foot of a bed. put your right arm straight up in the air and keep your knees at 90 degrees. fall onto your stomach, keep your knees bent as your feet are now up in the air. roll over onto your back towards the right side of your bed and off the side of the bed with your knees bent the same the whole way through so your feet hit the ground the way they would if you were pulling a tucked up lincoln around.
