No.QuarterI've had a couple t breaks where it was super hard to sleep at first, and eating sucked because when you are sober at a dining hall you realize how shit everything actually tastes. I would go fucking ham on a bike ride before bed to help me sleep. When you're feeling pissed off, just realize that your just mad because you are bored and you are used to being high and totally fine with being bored.
My tolerance got so bad once, that I would sometimes vape before bed and by the time I put everything away and got ready for bed, I was mostly sober by the time I was under the sheets. T breaks are always worth it.
Yeah my current tolerance is pretty high, I mean a bong rip milked to the face will get me stoned, but for probably 30-40 minutes, like most bong rips will do. Youre very right though, I mean I literally do everything I normally do sober, but preferably stoned. I sit on my computer, watch tv, eat, etc. and use pot to make tv funnier, skiing/skate tricks look sicker, then of course food tastes great. I think the most useful thing to do aside from productive stuff is skateboard. Im only good at it when Im sober and since my driveway is shit, itll force me out of the house away from my stash.
This is the first T break Im forcing, usually I just took T breaks because all my convenient options were dry and didnt wanna go through a sketchy person I dont know. I think after this I am gonna start taking life more seriously and worry a little less about getting stoned. My friends were smart, theyd wait til after work or after they finished schoolwork before lighting up. Im just gonna start stopping myself from one thing, daily wake n bakes. I usually wake up, wait 15-20 minutes, take a few big rips then eat and chill but 30 minutes later Id be ready for bed or I wanna smoke more, than by noon Im burnt out. Luckily I have work and class now so thatll help cut back.
Possible solution: Grind X amount of substance into grinder, smoke only whats in the grinder, dont grind anything unless necessary til next day.
