I would love to get a condo somewhere in summit county or near park city but that continues to be the dream. Anybody have a sick condo? I think a condo would be better than a house out in a place like summit because its so cold out there you can keep the place alot warmer because you pay a condo fee which includes unlimited heat instead of paying for your utilities like you would in a house plus condos have less surface area exposed to the outside so they are naturally easier to heat. Id love one of those new ones at peak 7 in breck. Went on a tour and they look so cozy and amazing.

I don't have one because I'm not rich/I'm the only serious skier in my family. But 13 of us rented this dope condo over spring break at Schweitzer:

It had 4 stories (its on a hill so only 2 are in the photo) and something like 7 bedrooms, shit was cray. Ski-in ski-out too, plus there was a pretty sizeable empty lot uphill of it that we spent the evenings building some gypsy lines in. And Schweitzer is insanely sick. I want one.

I don't know how if they have these out west, but here on the East Coast some places have what are basically apartment complexes next to the trails. If you want cheap, look for these. Even better if you are ok with walking to the mountain it will be even cheaper. Most decent ones won't be that bad and may be two stories per apartment.

Its got a deck with a bbq, a sauna, a ski tuning room can sleep 13 people and is a short walk from the hill/village (Blue Mountain, Collingwood, ON). I used to ski back home on particularly snowy days. Thinking about it now, what else do you need? This place was the shit!!

Condos.... pshhh.... My heat is included with my rent.

I live in this glorious establishment.

It is infinitely more glorious because I have this guy over the fire place. His name is Merlin.

The only downside is when the snow gets higher than my head and I have to shovel... only real benefit I can see of a condo.

Shit was so cash, in multiple ways. By the last day we were there you could just barely ride from the house to the slope/vise versa. Definitely coming back next season
