Sup GT, I just picked up a pair of new 12/13 182 alpha 1s. I'm partial to the old sidecut and wanted to get some skis before all thats available are the new 13/14 wider sidecut model. I'm coming off of two seasons skiing 09/10 176 halos and am anxious to see the differences between the two skis. I've done my research and understand the only main difference will be an added 1mm underfoot, a racebase, and a slightly stiffer ski.
*What I'm most curious about however is the weight difference between the two skis. Will it be anything significant? My halos were light as fuck and were a dream when it came to quick swaps, so I hope things wont be different on the alpha 1s.*
