They knocked out the Blues, plus Kane's a douche (really good hockey playing douche). Basically they're a very good team haha.

I like CHI too...I even liked them when they beat the b's to win the cup. I think a lot of ppl hate the fans because prior to toews/kane literally no one in CHI supported the team. A lot of CHI people say it was actually a statement against the ownership not the team but hard to distinguish

Fans 100%. It's almost as bad as the bruins, as soon as they win a cup everyone suddenly becomes a hockey fan and knows everything about hockey, especially their beloved hawks that they've watched all of 2 games of per season.

probably cause they're the closest thing there's been to a dynasty type team in a while. they're really friggen good and you can't stay really friggen good for as long as they have without making a lot of enemies.

i dont mind them even if they are one of detroits biggest rivals. they remind me of the wings of the late 90's-early 2000. they are a powerhouse of a team and i expect them to win a few more titles.

the old ownership was pretty rugged. rocky has done a lot to not only build a solid team, but also promote it. he's really turned things around in the organization.
I was six years old in 1994 last time the Rangers made the finals. I have some fond memories of that New Jersey and Vancouver series. Tonight was insane. What an unbelievable ride this year as been. LGR!

Yeah, like some others said, I'm not pissed that NY won that. Completely deserved. They played like they wanted to win. I am very pissed with the complete lack of effort from the habs. Same mistakes over and over. Funnily enough, the Rangers are now the team I would want most to win the cup.
On a positive note, Tokarski definitely has a new fan. Guy was just thrown into the playoffs with almost no NHL experience (as I hear) and he performed wonderfully.

I fully agree. He's one of my top 5 favorite players. His hands are unreal. And he is just one of the boys/loves to have fun. How does that make him a douche? 24/7 on the hawks (I think it was 24/7 or something similar) made him seem like the man. Him and Sharpe just clowning on the rest of the team. Whatever, haters will hate. Im routing for the rangers in the finals but Im certainly routing for the hawks in the western conference finals because fuck the kings...

Honestly, along with Chicago as a whole, because he's fucking good at hockey haha, hate watching my team play the Hawks because they are dangerous, no personal hate nothing like that, purely because he's a damn good hockey player on a rival team.
