Chicago gets the lockout cup for the summer. Lets start next season off, and hope somebody fucking new wins it, damnit. Summer transactions are up soon, so this should get started fast.

I'll definitely give you that. Major downside of having an awesome team...now I can't get tickets to fucking games without spending a small fortune because suddenly everyone is a hawks fan. Where were you 10 years ago when we sucked? Such is life though.
But don't worry, unless they get their heads out of their asses, no way they make it all the way this year. As much as I'd love to see it, I can't see it happening.

Cause their stuck with their roster of great regular season players that annually under perform come playoff time. Since you can't get rid of the player you might as well pass the buck onto someone else and blame the head coach

^i actually think bylsma does a pretty good job with what he has. the pens are built for a good regular season. but in the playoffs big, physical, grinding teams do well. the pens definitely arnt that.

Agreed, they don't have anyone that can play the gritty desperate playoff hockey.

And I really don't know if he's a good coach or not, but I know it isn't your coaches fault that you have to play against King Hank and your goalie is a sieve in the playoffs

I'm just happy the Pens got knocked out. As a Flyers fan I don't like NY or Pittsburgh but it's nice to see the Rangers advance.

Bummin on the MN loss. I really started to follow the team a couple years ago and seeing them get to where they are this year has been fun as hell especially knowing that it should continue for a long time. We have a ton of young talent that took a big step this year.

The Kane goal was on Cooke or partially Suter. He's gotta make an effort to play the puck instead of the player in that situation but it looked like he was pretty tied up.

Bryz did more than what we signed him more. He came in and saved our ass in the reg. season to make the playoffs and played damn well in most the post-season.

Biggest issue moving forward is what it has been all year, scoring goals. Lowest number of goals scored out of all playoff teams. Fortunately, it looks like the young guys are stepping up

Habs sold out belle center at $10 ticket all proceeds going to charity. That is awesome. I remember Bos tried to do this a few years ago but mumbles menino squashed the idea. It's smart because win or loss if there is a riot you have almost everyone already corralled and you can control them much easier.

I just danced on the streets of downtown Montreal with thousands of other fans. I know that the habs have the skill/potential to beat the Rangers but honestly beating Boston was such a good feeling that for me, at least, its enough to know we played a better series than the second place team of 2013. Knock on wood, but we are looking preeeeeeetty nice right about now.
