well bottom line, it was a scum bag move. He's getting a fine for it and I'm sure the league has toyed with the possibility of a suspension. If it was a Montreal player who did that to the best Bruins player while he has the puck as they're trying really hard for a comeback then there would be all sorts out outrage.

They would be insane to play murray unless there is some sort of circumstance we're not made aware of...that formula for the habs will not beat the bruins. They need to get back to the game plan in the first part of this series which was to capitalize on b's turnovers and mistakes and punish them with speed

Nah coach is just an idiot. I don't like Boullion either but he's been totally fine in the playoffs except for one bad game. Atleast he scored a goal, Murray hasn't done anything at all. Both top lines on each time have been ineffective. Neither line has played up to their potential and they've kind of just washed out against each other and the opposing teams top D pairings have been winning the series battle
MTL has been able to capitalize off bruins errors but as the hitting and physical play has ramped up for some reason the Habs have obliged the bruins in that style of game and you can see them start to wear down. Subban was exhausted in the 3rd period last night both due to the minutes he plays and the constant physical targeting by the b's he receives. You saw it impact him agin in the 1st(?) period lucic was coming in on the forecheck and subban was like 'fuck this' and went down in the corner to avoid the hit and just smothered the puck

Yeah it's like half of the Habs forgot it was playoffs. They are a great team but they can't match the bruins style of play. And they weren't in the first two games of the series but slowly they have resort back to trying to match the B's physically and I think that is partially costing them.

The whole fucking series!!!! They have been playing like shit. It was like after they finished off the blues, they decided to take it easy.
Props to the wild though, they are really really making it hard on the hawks, completely clogging the middle of the ice, eliminating the stretch pass, and forcing the hawks to dump it in. While I hate the pens and want to see them out, I also want them to beat NYR and make it to the next round because if BOS gets by MTL then I think BOS will have a much more difficult time playing NYR then PEN
I couldn't believe how fast they looked last night. I can think of at least 5 time different plays where numerous NYR forwards just blew right by PENS defenders making them look like they were standing still...I've long thought that NYR were sneaky 2nd best team in east they just didn't play up to their potential for long stretches
