If you ask me, regardless if it is intentional or not, there is always a bit of ref homerism in all sports. You will see me bitch about it in soccer or football, but obviously I can recognize it when it goes my way as well.
Lets hope the Bs get on the board. Id rather them be down 2-0 in the 1st than the 3rd.

har har. they're not Habs fans refs tonight. There's a reason McLean said Quebec refs shouldn't be reffing Montreal home games. There really is that question that they might just be biased towards Montreal and it's certainly seemed to have shown. There's definitely far more camaraderie by French Quebecois towards the Habs than any other group towards any other team.

For how fast that play happened and the way the bodies collided it sure as shit looked like a high elbow, but when slowed down and replayed it obviously was a bad call

I know, no fucking credit. 4-0 is a pretty bad loss for a team everyone thinks is gonna crush the wild. Proud to see they capitalized on the hawks "not showing up". Lets hope they gain a little momentum from this.
