ContenderWatching briere play last night reminded me of why I hated him so much when he was a flyer. I didn't buy into his clutch playoff moniker but I'm so happy ive been proven wrong. Despite getting limited minutes, he really surprised me (bourni and weise equally)

Bar_DownYa man, Briere played well. Also I was really impressed with DD; even though he's just a little guy he was going hard in the corners all night.
Fuckin Subban was pissing me off at the end. I understand its the playoffs and you've gotta step up the physical game a bit but quite a few times he was going out of his way and stepping up to try and get a big hit on a player coming into the zone. I remember at least 2 times where he did it and he was close to missing the guy, and if he had missed him we would've been fucked. I'm all for the big hits but go for it when its there, don't go out of your way to make it happen and potentially put the team in a bad spot
ABallsI'm so happy to see Miller getting some of the postseason action he deserves. The sabres were a fucking pit, hopefully he can get somewhere with St. Louis.

Barefootin_Fiendman, the hawks totally shit the bed tonight. have a lead for the entire game and give it up with under two minutes left....then go in to triple OT and lose. jesus fucking christ, if you didn't try and play the last 11 minutes of regulation completely on the fucking defensive, you probably could have held the blue at bay as you pretty much dominated them in OT...fuck, i'm so mad.
hervNo way they dominated them in OT, Miller stood on his head for the second half of the game but the blues had a huge number of chances where they could have put it away throughout OT.

DingoSeanHonestly, I feel with Minny's Defense, you could stick a traffic cone in there and it will probably still put up a decent game. That one was less on the Bryzgalov and more on the D. Colorado is a team that's routinely outshot just about every night - to allow 30+ shots on goal with a Duchene-less CO speaks volumes.

I_liketobutterThe Wild D blew that game per usual. We outplayed CO for 57 minutes, then like so many other games this season, when they get the lead, they stop playing aggressive and start standing around. Watch that 4th goal from CO and you'll see MN standing and watching. It's frustrating when the D is one of our strengths and plays so well for most the game
